Danish Thrash Band CARO signs with Rogue Records America

Nov. 21, 2011 - PRLog -- Rogue Records America’s family is growing, the publisher has set their sights to the part of the world that produced some of the best death metal / thrash metal bands in the world

TODAY, We land in Denmark with the signing of Danish Thrashers CARO.

Caro is a thrash band from Frederikshavn Denmark that plays a mix of thrash, death and progressive metal. Formed in 2007 under the name OMEN was reformed as CARO in 2011.

“Caro reminds me of old school thrash…down and dirty and totally in your face. I love that and I miss that style. So when I heard them it made me super happy…I had to be a part of what they are doing in some way”, said the labels owner Dean Martinetti.

Sigurd (Sig) Jensen the bands drummer, had this to say “We are very happy to now be a part of the Rogue Records family, this is for sure a big opportunity to get our music out there, and we are totally stoked to see what this will bring in the future.”

CARO’s Like a Sickness which to date has only been available at shows,  is slated for Jan 2012 release. The first single is The Sickness and is available for free on Rogue Records America’s soundcloud page.
