Scheduled for January 31st, the Resort Tour will allow a limited number of delegates the opportunity to go behind the scenes at some of the most successful resorts in the area, including meeting some of the senior management involved in the projects. Reserved on a first-come, first-served basis from registered delegates only, this will give colleagues a chance for early networking and to glean some insights into the sales and marketing methods used by these resorts.
Participants will find out why these spectacular resorts are some of the most successful vacation ownership operations in Mexico and see what sets them apart, what unique amenities they offer and what the marketing teams are doing to attract guests and convert them into buyers. Attendees will talk to the people on the ground who are responsible for the resort’s success, discover how they operate customer service programs and why they have such high customer satisfaction rates. They’ll learn what they are doing to bring people to the resorts, if they are working with 3rd party marketing partners and what sales tactics they are using.
