Gilbert, Arizona (November 20, 2011) – RE/MAX Solutions announces the creation of their commercial division, RE/MAX Solutions Commercial Group. RE/MAX Solutions opened its offices at the SanTan Village mall in Gilbert almost a year ago. “We are very excited to be able to represent this new effort on behalf of RE/MAX. We are fortunate to have a number of members in our organization who are highly skilled in the commercial market and we believe that as the economy improves, we will be well positioned to assist clients in the Phoenix East Valley. It is our home and we are anxious to participate in the growth as it recovers,” said Gregory Bryan, Designated Broker.
The Commercial Group of RE/MAX Solutions is comprised of experienced business people who are experts in office, retail, industrial, restaurant and investor opportunities. John Hancock, Associate Broker and head of the Commercial Group, also carries a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and specializes in investor relationships. “Investors have been interested in the multi-family and residential investment opportunities in the Valley over the past couple of years. We expect to see a solid shift to commercial activity starting in 2012 and our team is uniquely qualified to take advantage of the shift in focus,” added John.
