Karen L. Benson Interior Design opens Inspire Transitions - Open House & Ribbon Cutting December 1

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 18, 2011 - Karen L. Benson & Associates Interior Design is opening a new division called Inspire Transitions to help seniors downsize, move and settle into smaller residences. The firm will host a grand opening open house on December 1, from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at their offices located at 2037 West First Street in downtown Fort Myers (across from Joe’s Crab Shack). The Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce will conduct a formal ribbon cutting at 4:30 p.m.

Inspire Transitions offers a wide array of turnkey services to seniors whose family members may not be able to assist them in their move. Services include help with locating the right new residence, staging an existing home for sale, planning what to take and where to place it, sorting through, packing, moving, and unpacking belongings, installing equipment, selecting, arranging, and installing furnishings.  
 
The open house will showcase creative ways to make downsizing and relocation stress-free, with practical ideas of how to create comfortable living spaces in smaller quarters. Attendees will get some valuable moving and packing tips, see some smart closet concepts, and learn about nearby assisted living facilities, among other helpful resources. Light refreshments will be served.
