Nov. 18, 2011 - PRLog -- He is the second solicitor from Pardoes to become a member of this Panel, highlighting the firm’s outstanding expertise and ongoing commitment to excellence.

The Law Society Family Panel is made up of a select group of solicitors who specialise in family law and who can demonstrate a high level of skill and understanding in a number of practice areas. Members who are accepted onto the panel must prove they meet the Law Society’s high standards.

Imran says, “Becoming an accredited member of the Law Society Family Panel took a lot of hard work and is something I’m very proud of. It recognises the breadth of my experience as a family lawyer and offers clients the reassurance they need in what is often a difficult and emotionally sensitive field. Recognition from an accreditation panel such as this demonstrates that Pardoes is becoming a formidable force in the area.”

Managing Partner of Pardoes and Head of the Family Team, Kit O’Brien, who is also an accredited member of the Law Society Family Panel, says, “We recognise that Family Law is an area where people must have confidence in their representatives. Our Family team are all specialists in this area of work and we’re delighted that we can demonstrate a real breadth and depth of nationally recognised expertise, now with two accredited members of the Law Society Family Panel.”

Having joined Pardoes five years ago as a trainee, Imran became a fully qualified family lawyer in 2008 specialising in all areas of family law, with extensive experience in both private and public law proceedings. His widespread expertise covers divorce, ancillary relief, cohabitation disputes and domestic violence, and he works closely with the independent Domestic Violence Advisors at Somerset Change.

Pardoes has a large number of solicitors who are recognised on Law Society Panels, which reinforces the high quality, wide-ranging service that the firm provides.

A well-established South West legal firm, Pardoes has 16 partners and 86 staff across its three offices in Bridgwater, Yeovil and Taunton. It offers a full range of legal services and has expanded many of its specialist sectors in the past two years. During that period, five new partners have been appointed to head up its core business divisions in the fields of private client, family and property.
