Nov. 18, 2011 - PRLog -- ACM Environmental plc, leading specialists in waste, recycling and waste to energy technology, were delighted to win a prestigious Green Apple Award for Environmental Best Practice at a ceremony held at the House of Commons on Monday 14th November.

ACM won this coveted award in the Paper and Packaging category with their customer, D S Smith Packaging, Belper, in recognition of the environmental improvements resulting from the installation of a high performance waste compactor.

The Green Apple Awards is an annual campaign to recognise, reward and promote environmental best practice around the world.
