Beauty is Art joins the ranks at Studio 9G in the West Chelsea Arts Building

“Beauty is Art” will showcase Fashion Week beauty and fashion, like no other!  Offering everything from demonstrations and services such as manicures, false eyelashes, exotic facials, makeup and hair tips and trends from some of NYC’s hottest Make Up Artists and Hair Stylists to of course great deals on all of your Fashion Week Beauty must haves!  “Beauty is Art” will also offer a preview of what is to come on the runways this season!
