Nov. 17, 2011 - ArtTrail Festival is a yearly modern art festival in Cork City that uses various places and spaces around Cork to showcase established and up and coming local talent. This festival is promoted on Cork Entertainment

The event includes art projects, exhibitions from the artist, informational talks, walking tours. The public can visit artists places of work and studio around Cork and the surrounding areas. This year's theme is the "National Interest" and the art on display will be posing many question and comments in this area.
One of the main highlights of this years event will be a large scale how at The Elysian, where several studio and artists will be showcasing their work.
Projects are presented in a variety of venues across the city centre, including existing galleries and temporary spaces pop-up-galleries and discussed premises. Artists open their studios to show the processes they use, and give visitors an insight into their work.
The public are invited to experience new work in these unusual settings
