Chow Medical Qigong Healing & Training Event promises to be a spectacular and life-changing course as Dr. Chow teaches specific meditations and energy exercises to give people a direct experience of the innate healing energy that exists in everyone. The Chow Integrated Healing System is a result of over 40 years working to integrate qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with Western medicine. About Dr. Chow:
Dr. Chow is an RN, Licensed Acupuncturist, Qigong Grandmaster, Futurist, Author, Humanitarian, and Visionary. She wielded female influence in the world at a time when it was only talked about. Her system, Chow Medical Qigong has remarkably healed where all else have failed, and promotes the highest level of wellness, perfects skills in all sports. Some have founded a new career. In 2000 Dr. Chow was appointed by President Clinton to the White House Commission on Complementary and Alternative Medicine Policy. In 2007 the American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine honored her as one of the "Pioneers and Leaders of Oriental Medicine in the USA.” She is founder and chair of the World Congress on Qigong and Traditional Medicine and is currently on an advisory board helping to develop a PBS 30-part series entitled “New Discoveries in Alternative Medicine.” TV, Radio and printed media have come from over 15 countries to interview her and film her work. There are over fifteen half to one hour TV/Radio films on Dr. Chow’s unique work. She has penned the book “Miracle Healing from China: Qigong,” and has created 2 DVDs and 1 CD for meditation. Dr. Chow has keynoted major conferences, including audiences of up to 10,000 attendees on occasion, and is a well-sought after speaker.
