Operational Excellence is about increasing company performance – and the circumstances of those who work there – by teaching Leadership Skills, creating an environment where true transformational change can thrive, and leveraging the disciplines of Lean Six-Sigma.
The Operational Excellence Society is dedicated to people – whether the seasoned practitioner or the newly curious – who are interested in Sustainable and Deliberate Improvement and to enhance overall Quality and Value throughout the Value-Chain during the Pursuit of Perfection.

Whilst the benefits of social media are obvious – the ability to bring like-minded people from around the world together to collaborate and share their life experiences – there is a limit to what can truly be shared. Just as Lean speaks to the value of “gemba”, or walking the process in real-life; so there is a benefit, desire, and benefit to taking our relationships in social media and “making it real”.
This is why we have created a sub-group of Operational Excellence on Linked-In entitled the Operational Excellence Society. This subgroup is dedicated to supporting regional collegiate collaboration, the exchange of best-practices and experience, and generally face-to-face mind-share. Whether you are a practitioner, in academia, a consultant, or an individual who is interested – all are welcome to join and participate.
To make the Operational Excellence Society valuable, accessible, and enjoyable; each networking workshop will start with opening remarks from the Chapter President and immediately followed by a presentation from a guest speaker on a subject that is relevant to the mission of the group – followed by a traditional business networking mixer.
• Learn and share what Operational Excellence is really about
• Find out about the latest & most effective improvement methodologies and tools
