Carousel30 met the first challenge with a team approach, bringing together its marketing, creative and technology teams to develop the strategy, information architecture and wireframes, design, technology roadmap and site development.

The second challenge was addressed by Carousel30’s technology team who developed the seamless automation of mentor matching on the website. Using a custom-built matching algorithm, site users are automatically matched to mentors based on information submitted during the registration process. It also provides quick matches to unregistered visitors who simply answer what stage in the career development process he or she is in and in what industry they would like to work.

The site uses the Sitecore Web content management system, an enterprise-level .NET platform and Carousel30 partner. It also features integration with HasOffers, an affiliate tracking system, Snap Engage, a customer service platform, and Sitecore’s blog feature.
