Minis are adorable 2 oz. rum cakes with a creamy ganache filling in the center.  They will come in 5 delectable flavors, and are a perfect grown-up alternative to cupcakes which have become epically popular in recent years.  A popular “mini” favorite already is “Chocolate Chip Cookie”.  As good as the name implies this sure to be cupcake killer is a mini chocolate chip rum cake with a rich dark chocolate ganache filled center.  More scrumptious mini flavors will be Lemon Crème Soufflé, Vanilla Crème Brulée, Coconut Vanilla Bean, and Chocolate Mint Truffle.
