She sold 15 homes over the past year for an impressive first year sales volume of $2,971,100.00. Corrigan represented six different new home communities including The Reserve, The Reserve at Timberland, Paces Farm, Seven Hills, Springfield and Stonewood Creek. Eight of the homes were sold in Paces Farm where her sales volume was $1,169,700.00.

Corrigan attributes her first year success to her passion, dedication and determination, as well as a tremendous about of support from her family, fellow agents and her broker, Shirley Gary. A member of the Greater Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council and the Cobb Board of Realtors®, Corrigan says that sales and marketing training has helped her to stay positive and sell in a down market.
Although new to the business, she has been around it her entire life. Both her mother and her uncle are in the business. Mom has encouraged her for years to join her on the sales and marketing side of the business. And, her uncle is in management, land and construction, so you could say it is in her blood.
After completing a four year degree in communications with a minor in marketing, Corrigan found that jobs were few and far between in her chosen career, especially ones with flexibility. Going to real estate school trained her for a specific career in real estate expanding on what she learned in college about marketing and helping her to find a career choice that that she is truly passionate about.
