“We want potential owners to know about all the benefits that are  available when they move into an LDFA zone and our Commission is willing to work hard and graciously to encourage and assist new business to locate within our Township,” said LDFA Chairman Mr. R.P. Lilly. The group also  provides assistance for many types of infrastructure  improvements within the LDFA Zones.

Plans have been recently approved to relocate and  pave Warhman Road to accommodate three lanes of traffic within the LDFA 2 Pinnacle area. Due to this improvement ,two corporations have voiced an interest in locating in this area. Upon completion of this project, it is expected that an offer will be made on available land in this vicinity. Locations adjacent to the LDFA areas would also make a prime retail and restaurant location as current developments have large numbers of employees in which to cater to. This South eastern Michigan location is also a major hub and plans are still underway for the Areotropolis project that will be part of a transportation and logistics expansion project.
