Generally in the West we understand Tao's translation as "The Way". In fact the translation of Tao is much deeper.
As explained in the book;"The Tao" is an infinitely large network which influences all thoughts. As such Joe decided to use Taoism in the title to suggest that a new definition of Tao is being explored.

The author grew up in the Italian American community of Federal Hill. It was there that Joe began his appreciation for extended family, religious values, and good food.
It was during those formative years that Joe also got to experience the close knit community that populated Federal Hill. It wasn't unusual to know your neighbors and storekeepers and expect welcoming grins when venturing outside. It wasn't unusual for neighbors to call themselves, "Pisans", something similar to cousin.
“That sense of belonging was a precursor to the Social Media we live with in facebook”, says Joe.
Joe is married, lives in Rhode Island, and has three daughters and two grandsons.
