Attorney Keith Grossman Discusses Ethical Mediation At Conference for Mediators and Arbitrators

PRLog - Nov. 11, 2011 - FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Fort Myers, FL – Friday, November 11, 2011 –  Attorney Keith Grossman, Esq., of Grossman Law & Conflict Management, shared guidelines for ethical strategies in mediation at the 19th Annual Conference for Mediators and Arbitrators, held August 25-27 in Orlando. The conference was sponsored by the Florida Dispute Resolution Center.

Grossman and Jerry Tabas co-presented on “Maximizing Mediation Ethically: Tips for Mediators.” They offered ethical and practical tips and techniques that mediators may use to enhance the dispute resolution process, stressing that the benefits of the process are best achieved if the mediation is conducted in an informed, balanced and timely fashion.

Among the topics that Grossman presented were Selecting Your Mediator, How the Mediator and Attorney Prepare for Mediation Together, Understand Negotiating Styles and Tactics, and Settlement Strategies.

Attorney Keith Grossman of Grossman Law & Conflict Management has 20 years of experience in and out of the courtroom and specializes in family law, employment law, and conflict management. Keith is a Family Mediator Certified by the Florida Supreme Court, a former Family Law Case Manager for Court Administration, and Past President of the Lee County Bar Association.
