American Restaurant Association Group (ARA) announces their Excellence in Commodities Certification school for food and energy buyers
 
Nov. 11, 2011 - PRLog -- Sarasota, FL  November 11, 2011 – American Restaurant Association Group (ARA) announces their Excellence in Commodities Certification school for food and energy buyers.  The program is customized and provided for major commodity buying and restaurant companies worldwide at their specific locations.  The program is also available for individuals with the next webinar classes starting in February 2012.  Program delegates will receive 8 hours of in depth instruction on major food and energy commodity fundamentals, commodity risk management, commodity price  modeling and forecasting, and commodity contracting.  Delegates will also be required to pass an exam at the end of the course.  Delegates who successfully complete the course will receive the ARA Excellence in Commodities Certification and be eligible for continuing education credits from the Institute of Supply Management.  The ARA Commodity School Program will maximize supply chain and finance teams' potential and confidence for managing volatile commodities, smooth commodity prices and boost their bottomline.
