Waterfront Red Marlin Restaurant Offers A Picture-Perfect Venue For Giving Thanks

For Thanksgiving, Red Marlin will transform its regular menu of California-modern cuisine to offer a more traditional Thanksgiving dinner buffet from 5:30 to 9 p.m. The menu features an artisan cheese station, selection of fresh salads, carving station, hot buffet items and decadent dessert offerings.

• Hot Buffet: Grafton Cheddar and Karl Strauss Ale Soup with Broccoli; Grilled Sword Fish on Sweet Potato Hash; Honey baked Acorn Squash with Grilled Asparagus; Ginger Sautéed Green Beans and Carrots; Clove and Honey Glazed Ham; and Maple Glazed Salmon Filet
