“I’ve wanted to get a bunch of KashFlow customers together for an informal meet-up for some time,” explained KashFlow founder Duane Jackson, “and then I thought about my early days in business when there wasn’t enough staff to have a proper knees-up.”
“So we asked our customers if they fancied a joint party for the festive season and we got an overwhelmingly positive response”
The KashFlow Christmas party will be on Wednesday 30th November at Mary Janes, St.John’s House, London starting at 7pm and hundreds of small businesses are expected to attend.
“As well as having a Christmas party, it also means our customers will get to meet each other which I hope will lead to future business relationships”
As well as KashFlow customers, other small business owners are also welcome to attend.
KashFlow were hoping to make the party free, but often with free events, many people book but don't turn up and “booking a central London venue this close to Christmas isn’t cheap!”. So there’s a modest £15 fee.
The taxman lets everyone spend a tax-deductible £150 for a Christmas party, so that’s a further £135 available to spend at the bar.
Any profits from the booking fees will be donated to ‘Crisis’ – the national charity for single homeless.
