How to Obtain a Free Natural Diamond Yellow Gold Ring For Christmas

How to avoid the scams this Christmas and one example of a genuine online giveaway. Hopefully the advice here will be helpful and you'll find more.

Nov. 10, 2011 - PRLog -- The phrase states that nothing is  free these days and so often that is completely true.  How many times have you been sucked in by the promise of something for nothing only to discover that all is not as it seems.  ‘Free’ offers which require credit card info are almost never free – that is why they take the card details in the first place.  All these apparent free giveaway sites which claim they will give away a free Playstation or similar and all you need to do is give them a list of your contacts email addresses.

YIKES!!!

Blatantly you wants their email address provided to somebody who is purely going to spam the living daylights out of it?  And do you really believe that upsetting your complete address book is really ever going to result in receiving one of these astounding giveaways – HECK NO!!  I could debate the multitude of these ‘freebie’ sites all day but we all accept deep down that they are nothing but a scam.  I would definitely give the advice that if an offer is purported to be free then NEVER supply any payment details of any kind.

So – is it feasible to actually obtain something for nothing?  In most of cases I would have to state NO and look for the smallprint which confirms my suspicions.  However this general rule of thumb doesn’t  apply for every case.  My personal experiences with the network of internet freebies has shown me one thing – THERE ARE EXCEPTIONS.  In broad terms it seems that smaller companies lacking the resources for expensive advertising gurus who offer up the best giveaways.  Normally it is a exercise for them to raise presence for their product or service and it is rare that a barrage of emails will result following a free entry.  The internet is a extremely competitive medium and  to get noticed it is frequently necessary for any business to enact something a bit special in order to gain new customers.

One such website is an internet arm of an Antique Jewellery supplier based in England.  http://www.adhgems.co.uk gave away a Diamond Ring in October with comparatively straightforward entry terms.  They are succeeding this with a similar competition in the lead up to Christmas.  This time the diamond ring in question is of significantly more value and entry is very easy with no purchase necessary and no contact details asked for.  The full details of this competition can be perused here:

I shall be trawling for other competitions which do not demand a purchase, contact details and definitely no credit card details so that I will be comfortable in the realisation that even if I win zip at least my inbox won’t be filled with junk from The World and his wife.  Good luck in discovering you own little gems in time for the holidays.
