The Webb Vocational Institute takes a multi-lateral and complete approach to the campaign against poverty. For the children and young adults, the primary focus is fighting poverty through an educational program that offers viable, on-demand skill-sets in today’s increasingly competitive global economy. This approach is only a long term solution however.
Families eligible for assistance receive safe and secure housing in a family-friendly environment. The parents also receive additional training so as to be better able to earn sufficient monies to provide for the care and support of their families. In this way, the entire family benefits and can more fully support the scholastic and vocational efforts of the child without any of the common, negative ramifications the “loss” of a contributing member of the family would otherwise cause.
All of the courses and training offered by the Webb Vocational Institute are focused on sustainable, environmentally friendly and ecologically restorative programs that will insure the immediate, financial success of the family as well as the long-term benefits for generations to come.
The Webb Vocational Institute believes and is firmly committed to the ideology that only through a complete, comprehensive and family-inclusive program can the war on poverty ever succeed. To this end, the Webb Vocational Institute is both very excited and very pleased to announce the opening of its very first Vocational Training Center.
