KDG Construction Consulting Growing to Meet the Needs of the Changing Industry

Nov. 9, 2011 - PRLog -- Lydia Kennard, president and chief executive officer of KDG Construction Consulting has named Reggie Wright as director of business development. After an intensive search process, the program and construction management firm that specializes in utilities, transportation and housing has selected Mr. Wright to lead the firm’s business development efforts. Mr. Wright will also participate as a member of the firm’s executive leadership team.
           “In May of 2011, we began a transition that would reshape KDG Construction Consulting as a competitive force in the program and construction management industry, not only in California, but throughout the United States,” said Kennard. “In order for us to focus on that strategy, it was key for us to broaden not only our sales and marketing strategy, but our executive leadership team as well. Reggie plays a key role in both arenas.”
           Mr. Wright holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University. In addition to being certified in construction quality control and erosion sediment control, he is also certified as both a Project Management Professional and a Professional Services Marketer. He has more than 10 years of experience in the program and construction management industries and has been responsible for the development of new and ongoing management services for such clients as Maryland General Services, Army Corp of Engineers, Virginia Department of Transportation, Maryland Department of Transportation and the Housing Authority of the City of Baltimore.
