Norma’s Cafe to Salute the Troops with Free Breakfast on Veterans Day

Nov. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- To thank North Texas Veterans for their invaluable service to our country, Norma’s Cafe is offering free breakfast to former and active military personnel on Nov. 11 at its two Dallas locations.

In addition, Norma’s Cafe is again hosting its postcard campaign to the troops. From now through November 15, guests can send a message of thanks to the troops overseas for their sacrifice and service. The 5,000 postcards will be available at both the North Dallas and Oak Cliff locations for customers to sign, which will be mailed in time to reach the soldiers for the holidays.

“Norma’s Cafe is extremely grateful to our veterans and active military for their service,” said Ed Murph, owner of Norma’s Cafe. “These are just small ways we can show our support and appreciation for all that they have done.”

Both Norma’s Cafe locations will open at 6 a.m. on Veterans Day. Those who are currently enlisted or previously defended our country simply have to let their servers know and they are welcome to order the award-winning breakfast of their choice.
