Epic Motion and Wish Upon a Wedding auction for charity

Nov. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Epic Motion is proud to announce our involvement with Wish Upon a Wedding, a non-profit organization that provides weddings and vow renewals for couples facing terminal illness and serious life-altering circumstances, regardless of sexual orientation. Wish Upon a Wedding partnered with BiddingForGood to organize an online auction, in which people could bid on wedding-related items with all proceeds benefitting Wish Upon a Wedding's mission.

Epic Motion donated a custom wedding film package that included 2 cinematographers, 6 hours of coverage, a 4-6 minute highlight reel, delivered on 3 DVDs and 2 Blu-Ray copies, with an estimated value of $4,000.

The auction ended at 3:00am on November 1st, with Epic Motion's package receiving the highest number of bids and the second highest leading bid of $2,900, just after a 4-night stay with airfare in Waikiki Beach.

Adrienne Cleland of Detroit was the winning bidder. "It’s an amazing feeling to know that the donation goes to a great charity that helps people celebrate their lives together by contributing to their wedding day when they have much greater challenges present in their lives!" says Cleland. "We can’t imagine their situation and it gives us another level of appreciation for each other and our health as we approach our wedding day. We're really excited to start the planning with Epic Motion for our big day! We couldn't be happier to be associated with two amazing organizations, Epic Motion and Wish Upon a Wedding!!"
