My name is Glenn Thompson and I train thoroughbred race horses and have been doing so for over 30 years. I have a new ebook out " The Tradition of Cheating at the Sport of Kings" It talks about the darkest secrets in racing and how the Champion Horse George Washington died due to a top racing official violating a important safety protocol. It also discusses the rampant drug use with the horses on race day. I feel that 85% of the trainers on the backside are giving their horses illegal drugs on race day.I wrote this book to try and help racing take a turn back to the days of glory, when the game was respected and the people use to come out to see these beautiful animals compete.
Durring the summer I train at Monmouth Park and have clients from all walks of life.In the winter I take horses down to Aiken, South Carolina and we give the older horses a few months off and start up the two year olds. When we get back to Monmouth Park we try and have all the horses to do their best earlyin the meet.
