Bournecoast Attend Landlord Conference

Nov. 8, 2011 - PRLog -- Over five hundred private landlords from all over Dorset attended the free Landlord Conference which was organised by Bournemouth Council on 6th October to provide valuable advice and information on every aspect of letting a property.
Now In its fourth year, the event took place at AFC Bournemouth from 11am – 5pm and exhibitors were on hand all day.  Landlords and prospective landlords were invited to drop in to meet with a variety of organisations.

There was also the opportunity for landlords to attend seminars across the day with experts offering advice on landlord issues such as fire safety, energy efficiency grants, rent deposit schemes to name but a few.

Des Simmons, Managing Director of Bournecoast delivered a seminar on holiday, short-term, long-term and student lets.
