BBC South Today Presenters take over New Forest Ice Cream (All in a good cause)

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 8, 2011 - After being split into two teams by Sally Taylor (South Today’s very own Alan Sugar), the eight presenters along with film crews, spent all of Saturday at the New Forest facilities working with production manager Dave Bishop and his team, to create two delicious Pudsey inspired flavours.  

Sunday saw the two teams go in separate direction as Reham Khan, Joe Campbell, Sarah Farmer and Tom Hepworth spent the day at West Quays Shopping Centre in Southampton and Playzone in Portsmouth, whilst Peter Henley, Laura Trant, Catharina Moh and Roger Finn took a similar approach as they visited Gun Wharf Quays in Portsmouth.

Christina Veal, Director at New Forest Ice Cream, was extremely impressed with both teams’ creations:
   
“The standard of both teams special Pudsey ice cream was very high indeed and was unsurprisingly popular with shoppers at both locations.  Who knows, we may even get some of the presenters back in to help with our flavour development process!”
