SuperGeo to Release Brand New SuperGIS Analyst Extensions

Nov. 7, 2011 - PRLog -- SuperGeo Technologies, the leading global provider of complete GIS software and solutions, is going to launch brand new SuperGIS Spatial Analyst, SuperGIS Topology Analyst, and SuperGIS Network Analyst Extensions, serving GIS users with more complete analysis function on SuperGIS Desktop 3 to accomplish the spatial data analysis more effectively.

To work with the coming SuperGIS Desktop 3.1, SuperGeo re-develops the Analyst Extensions for the desktop GIS with the new core engine, providing more capable and flexible analysis functions for users.

Spatial Analyst not only enhances the original analysis functions, but also applies new algorithms. Thus, the precision of data analysis can be significantly improved. This analyst can be applied to terrain hydrology, environmental protection, facility management, medical resource distribution, infectious disease analysis, etc.

Topology Analyst supports a number of new rules, which enables users to analyze, examine and immediately correct the spatial relationship between features. The data processed with topology can be utilized for further spatial analysis, such as creating files in different fields, urban planning, land resource management, etc.

Network Analyst is developed with SuperNetObjects 3.0 as core, offering a plenty of algorithms to solve the network problems, such as Shortest Path, Closest Facilities, Service Area, Superior Route, Minimum Spanning Tree, etc. The workers whose tasks are related to transportation, logistics and route planning are able to apply Network Analyst to improve their working efficiency.
