ICOF is in Singapore 1000 Companies – latest ranking

Nov. 7, 2011 - PRLog -- According to the latest announcement from DP Info Group, ICOF is now ranked #80 in the 2011 Singapore 1000 Companies. ICOF has been listed in the Singapore 1000 Companies for 7 years continuously since year 2005.

Last month, ICOF had exhibited in the SupplySide West, the cutting-edge ingredient show at Las Vegas. Their sales and marketing personnel from Singapore, Malaysia and USA office had attended the show as a joint effort. The two days event was a fruitful show for ICOF. Two key products had been presented in SupplySide West, namely Vitrenol (Natural & Chemical-free Tocotrienols) and Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) for the nutraceuticals industry.

What is Vitrenol?
Vitrenol is derived from natural palm comprises of full spectrum Tocotrienols and alpha-Tocopherol. Common sources only contain Tocopherols. Only palm oil contains both Tocotrienols and Tocopherol as a natural complex. In addition, Palm Vitamin E has also been acknowledged as GRAS (Generally Recognised As Safe) by the United States Food & Drug Administration in 2010. What is MCT?
Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) is a form of dietary fat with shorter chain length compared to Long Chain Fatty Acids (LCT) which is the predominant form of fat in the American diet. Due to the nature of shorter chain, MCT provide lesser calories and absorbed more rapidly by the body. MCT also has higher metabolism rate and reduce fats storage in the body by covert the fats into energy. Their MCT is produced in an integrated facility which comes directly via pipeline without contamination.
