Luxury Fashion Brand DOM OF AiR Will Be Exhibiting Its 1st Collection at London Fashion Press Week

Nov. 6, 2011 - PRLog -- The collection is based around totemic tribes, primitivism, minimalism of contemporary architecture and geometry of lines in the art of Kandinsky and Miro.

The highlights of the collection are jackets made from a specially woven fabric with vivid tribal colours yet contemporary and geometric pattern. The whole collection plays around the juxtaposition of textured woven fabric and sleek silk and leather.

DOM OF AiR is seen as a cultural study, a scrupulous research on semiotics of culture, habits and visions, encompassing the vision of a true cosmopolitan.

DOM OF AiR is the creative duo of Anita Emmett (Art Director) and Renata Suchanova (Creative Director). They both graduated from The Istituto Marangoni in London, Anita gaining an MA Degree in Fashion Brand Management and Renata studying at Central St. Martins before completing a BA Degree in Fashion Design at Marangoni. After two years of gaining experience through independent projects and internships they joined together to start their own label.
