Author, William B. Bronson, "The Mortgage Millionaire" is Alive and Well in Today's Economy

He says of his book:

When asked, he says, "It's doubtful you will ever fully understand the psychological chess involved in this book. But I will tell you that the delivery mechanism, of a reader eavesdropping on a supposedly private conversation, exploits our nosy human nature and achieves its purpose very well, I think".  

The Mortgage Millionaire stresses the importance of having a positive mindset. He says, "It's like a story I heard about two wolves. One was selfish, depressed, angry, hateful, and just had a horrible attitude. The other was strong, patient, attentive, gentle but powerful, and had a very positive attitude. A young boy listens, as his grandfather tells the story of a constant battle between these two wolves. Then, as the grandfather pauses, the boy asks which one wins the battle. The grandfather said "The One You Feed".

I think a positive mindset and attitude is essential to success. I know that very few of my achievements would have happened with a poor attitude and a loser mentality. There are no losers. There are only those with defeatist attitudes. The positive will always win, even if it takes a while. A winner never quits and stays positive. A good friend told me that it's easy to find all kinds of things to gripe about. That's simple because negative things are all around us. You don't have to look far to find things that you can complain about. But, these things only have power over us if we focus on them. Shifting your focus to the positives in everything, even if it's more difficult, can only yield positive results".

Bronson also discusses how to deal with rate shoppers, controlling type-A personalities, marketing and buying leads. He weighs in about how to attract a thriving referral business and explains in detail his Break-Build technique and time-tested concept of "10/20/10".
