Hypnotist to Offer Free Confidence Building Workshop

Nov. 5, 2011 - PRLog -- (Point Pleasant Beach, NJ) Certified Hypnotist James Malone will be offering a free confidence building workshop on Tuesday, November 29 at 7 PM.

The program coincides with the release of his latest e-book the Seven Keys to True Self-Confidence. Malone was motivated to write this book since he believes our current times might be best described as the “Age of Reinvention.”

“Especially since the economic downturn of 2008,’ Malone notes, “people more than ever are having to adapt to rapid changes in the workplace and society, whether they want to or not!”

He adds, “The Seven Keys to True Self-Confidence details strategies in self-talk and physiology that will enable a person to better weather the stress of change and growth which will also be explored during the workshop.”

The event will be held at the Point Pleasant Beach Library located at 710 McLean Avenue and will include lecture, demonstration and ample opportunities for question and answer.
