“The idea for a joint fundraiser came as a direct result of Post Now PA’s team winning DOIT’s Spill the Beans Cook-Off.” says Darin Robillard, volunteer coordinator for PNPA. “While Building the rest of the studios in our facility are important for our future success, many of our volunteers and supporters wanted to find a way to assist The King’s Kettle in serving the needs of the community. Donating half of our winnings from Spill the Beans was a start that will be continued in the November 11th Art Auction.”
Individuals in the community can help either organization by making direct donations. Checks can be sent directly to The King’s Kettle at P.O. Box 575 Shippensburg, PA 17257 or Post Now PA at 37 E. Garfield St., Shippensburg, PA 17257. Funds raised at ‘Feed their Minds and Bodies’ will be split evenly between both organizations.
