Girls and StarCraft: a Delightful Combination. GoSC has launched GoSC.tv !! Take #1

A wise twitterer once said: "... "good people" on the internet is like "girl gamer"... cannot confirm or deny their existence :-)"    Well, here we are."   -gosc.tv


GoSC has finally launched take-one of their much-anticipated website: http://gosc.tv

They have plans to feature a "channel" which will run girls' live streams as they air, so that there's always something entertaining or informative going on. There are also plans to get together with amazon.com and/or Blizzard^® to offer games directly from the site, plans for a community forum, girls' blogs, gallery, swag, and more.

All of this is in hopes that girls 'out there' who have a love for, and interest in StarCraft^® will be able to more easily find other females with whom to practice and share the enjoyment of the game(s).  Long-term, GoSC hopes to see some of their more competitive ladies become extremely play-confident, and ready to compete on the main stages at major events. They have big dreams to host a few of their own tournaments in the future, and feel that this domain will serve as a cornerstone for that.

GoSC, unofficially known as the "Girls of StarCraft"* is a group which formed in June of 2011, with the purpose of allowing girls who love gaming, and in this case, mainly, but not limited to StarCraft®, to come together and share in a supportive and friendly community of other female gamers.
