Early Bird Promo by Best Western Sandakan Slashes 20% Off Total Room Charge

Best Western Sandakan Hotel & Residence is offering a big 20% discount on all room reservations booked at least 21 days before arrival. The Early Bird Promotion is valid from October 27 to December 30, 2011.

The promo is exclusively available on Best Western Sandakan’s website at www.bestwestern-sandakan.com. Visitors to the site need only to click the “Reserve Now” button to make their reservation. Once they land on the hotel’s online booking engine, which is powered by DirectWithHotels, guests will simply input their check-in and check-out dates. If they book a minimum 21 days ahead of their planned stay at Best Western, the system will automatically discount 20% from the projected room charge.

All Early Bird bookings come inclusive of free daily breakfast for 2 (per room, per night), and complimentary Wi-Fi access and parking. However, no changes or amendments in guest name and arrival date will be entertained after the reservation has been confirmed. Cancellations are not allowed, and a no-show will be charged with the total room cost.

Transactions made over the booking engine are secured safe by Trustwave and VeriSign. Payments will be received by Best Western via credit card, but only 10% will be charged. The balance is payable at the hotel upon guests’ arrival.

When payment is received, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the guest.
