Famed Recording Artist, Alma Rivera, To Perform At Emerson Bible Church November 19th 2011.

Nov. 1, 2011 - PRLog -- Alma Rivera is coming to New Jersey this November. The popular Christian recording artist will lead Emerson Bible Church in a pre-Thanksgiving day celebration filled with praise and song on November 19th, 2011 at 7pm. Alma Rivera is a staple within the Christian music circuit with past performances at Joel Osteen’s Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas and also with Grammy Award-winning artist Israel Houghton.  
   
Emerson Bible Church invited Alma Rivera to kick-off the holiday season with her special concert in November because of her popularity amongst a diverse group of Christians. Alma, who sings in both English and Spanish, has travelled throughout the U.S., Mexico, Canada and Puerto Rico as a worship leader.  Her dedication to the Lord has inspired others to live their own lives with trust and faith in God. Through her life’s work as a worship leader, singer and songwriter, Alma Rivera was the perfect match for Emerson Bible Church’s November 19th event.

Alma Rivera has been involved with her career of worship since age sixteen. Alma’s three key principals (responsibility, integrity and commitment) form the core of her songwriting. Alma’s brand of Latin fused pop gospel compliments her latest album “Livin in your love”. Some of her influences are Hillsong, Darlene Zschech, Chris Tomlin and Israel Houghton, among others. Songs off of Rivera’s latest disc, such as the title track “Livin in your love” and “King of Glory” will be performed for the Emerson Bible Church concert.
