Mr. Cafiero is a career diplomat and previously served at the Consulate General and Promotion Center of the Argentine Republic in New York. He holds a degree in Economics from the National University of Buenos Aires, and a Masters degree in International Affairs from Columbia University in New York. He has a distinguished academic record in Argentina as professor at the National University of Buenos Aires, at the National University of La Matanza and at the University of the Museo Social. Jose also published, in Argentina, several papers related with international trade topics.
