Remembrance Day Children’s Book Addresses Unanswered Questions for Families Separated by War

Nov. 1, 2011 - PRLog -- Regina, SK- For children whose parents were called to serve their countries before they were born, there can be a lot of unanswered questions on both sides when they are reunited. Award winning Singer/Songwriter Marny Duncan-Cary explores those questions with her compelling book and accompanying music in Who’s That Man?, now becoming a staple for schools and military families across Canada.

It’s a good time to open the lines of communication between generations and acknowledge the challenges that all families go through when a member is separated from them,” says Duncan-Cary, who wrote the song and book after the events of 9-11 and speaking with her dad - who had been separated from his own father until the age of four - about the devastation of war.
