Stickley Historian Mike Danial In Detroit Nov. 11-13 for Annual Roadshow with Gorman's

Nov. 1, 2011 - PRLog -- GORMAN’S HOME FURNISHINGS AND INTERIOR DESIGN is proud to welcome back STICKLEY Corporate Historian Mike Danial to its showrooms for its annual Stickley Roadshow event, November 11-13.  

The longtime STICKLEY historian will visit the Troy location (1465 W. Big Beaver Rd.) on Friday, November 11 at 7 p.m.; Lakeside showroom (14285 Hall Rd. Shelby Township) on Saturday, November 12 at 1 p.m.; and Novi store (27800 Novi Rd.) on Sunday, November 13 at 1 p.m, Those interested in attending should call the store locations for reservations, as space is limited.  

Danial will share his experience and anecdotes, methods of identification, style and construction techniques, helpful tips and insider secrets to guide attendees on their journey of discovering STICKLEY.   The roadshow gives collectors and enthusiasts the inside source about the development and the lavish history of STICKLEY furniture and the impact it has had in the retail industry from the past to the present. Guests are encouraged to bring photographs of STICKLEY furniture and small items for casual appraisal by Danial.
