Convergys Bullish On Indian BPO Market

She also mentioned that while Philippines and Vietnam are proving to be sizeable competition, the country still has many factors that work in its favor, the most important among them being the fact that Indian professionals have a substantial understanding of technology and can easily deal with clients from the US, Europe and Australia. With increasing labor costs, there were fears that India might lose its top-ranked position in the outsourcing industry. However, many organizations that offer such services have now expanded to small towns in a bid to cut down on employee expenses, a strategy that certainly seems to be paying rich dividends.
