Colliers International’s Donn H. Byrne, Jr. Earns Prestigious International Accreditation

Byrne, Jr., the Director of the Appraisal and Property Tax Division of Colliers International in Northern California, was recently awarded a membership designation with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the world’s leading qualification when it comes to professional standards in land, property and construction.

Membership in RICS is confirmation of considerable professional experience, professionalism and ethical practice.  A RICS designation is a badge of achievement in real property valuation and those who carry it are expected to show a commitment to the RICS code of ethics and serving the public interest. As a Member of RICS (MRICS), Byrne has demonstrated these qualifications as well as significant career achievement in his field.

Byrne has more than 20 years of experience in the field of real property valuation, including litigation support and expert witness testimony, corporate consulting and property tax abatement throughout California. He also holds membership with the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). His clients include major corporations, law firms, developers and financial institutions.
