Julius, along with fellow Penang artist Stefany, were commissioned to design and paint a 8.5 metre X 3.5 metre mural on an internal wall of Queens Bistro. The unveiling is open for members of the public to attend and it will involve both Stefany & Julius signing the artwork in front of an open audience.
An excited Julius was quoted as saying; "This was a very enjoyable and challenging project for me to work on. After supplying the customer with three different designs I was delighted to learn that our design had been chosen in front of the many other talented Penang artists that had tendered for this project".
Stefany added; "This was a large project for the two of us to work on and I was very proud when our design was selected by the customer. We carried our creative thinking thoughout the project as we suggested some minor adjustments to the original design and the customer was very happy to listen and accept the changes".
The spokesperson for Queens Bistro Melissa Paul was on hand to offer great encouragement for this talented pair of Penang artists as she said; "Both Julius and Stefany have created a fantastic piece of artwork that grabs the attention of every person who enters Queens Bistro. I believe they have a very bright future ahead and I am sure there will be further demand for their artistic services in the near future".
The inspired artwork has a musical theme that is fitting with the clubs surroundings and reflects the live music that takes place on the stage every night.
