THE SECRET OF LIFE “There is no free lunch” Grants and the Federal Government.

Oct. 31, 2011 - PRLog -- There has been a tremendous amount of activity by companies that are soliciting individuals to participate in an opportunity to obtain a Federal Grant to start a business, go to school, do research; there are many types of presentations designed by these individuals or companies to get individuals to spend money pursuing a Grant. We have researched the proper procedures and opportunities to obtain a Grant and what exactly must be accomplished and what types of grants exist.
The Federal Government does not provide grants for starting or expanding a business.  There are some grants available through state and local levels,  most generally through the states economical counsels. The federal government does issue grants to these state and local level government organizations.  You can find these opportunities through your state information services. The types of grants that are available and the process for applying will be outlined.

The federal government funds grants with tax dollars and will require very strict compliance and stringent reporting measures to ensure that any grant funds are utilized for the purposes approved by the federal government. The qualifications for these grants are extensive and require a full and compliant application process.  The federal government makes available grants for non-commercial organizations such as non profits, educational institutions that specialize in such areas as medicine, education scientific research and technology development.
