Net Activity continues growth by supplying VoIP solutions to Cleveland and Midwest companies

Nov. 1, 2011 - PRLog -- Net Activity, a Cleveland-based supplier of data systems and services, continues to expand its Midwest footprint by supplying voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) to mid-size companies and organizations.  Net Activity’s VoIP division experienced nearly 40 percent growth since the company starting offering the phone solution in 2008.  

“The great thing about our growth is that we’re hiring very technical network engineers,” said CEO Harry Bhatia.  “We’re contributing to Cleveland’s reputation as a technology center.”

Net Activity's phone solution is popular because it can yield a return on investment in the first few years of service.  Organizations like the Council for Economic Opportunities in Greater Cleveland (CEOGC) tout the systems advantages.

“We have about 320 telephone lines in 13 locations,” said Arlene Wynn, Vice President of IT at CEOGC.  “We can administer the system from one location and we avoid having to pay multiple phone bills each month.”

According to Wynn, the CEOGC saves about $8,000 each month with the new system.  Wynn said she explored VoIP options and implemented the solution sooner than anticipated given the savings.
