Oct. 31, 2011 - PRLog -- (Tryall Club, Montego Bay, Sandy Bay Hanover Parish, Jamaica) … On Friday, November 25, 2011 at 7pm, The Tryall Fund hosts an evening of dining, dancing and silent auction, capped off by a tasting of 75 sumptuous culinary treats prepared by villa chefs. And it’s all for a good cause, the children of Jamaica.

Hosted by the Tryall Fund (www.http://tryallfund.org), a 501c3 charitable organization focused on helping improve education and health initiatives in Hanover Parish, 100% of all monies raised during the evening will be dedicated to these community programs.  The Tryall Fund’s Chairperson, Terri McGraw, stated that “the money raised each year allows us to continue our work at the Sandy Bay Basic School, to provide a number of educational scholarships to outstanding students as well support our medical and dental clinics for the community.”

More than 75 Tryall chefs will participate in this one-of-a-kind fundraising event featuring a spectacular auction, a variety of great drinks, and a sampling of unique culinary creations. The evening will indulge the taste buds with scrumptious food samplings and exotic specialty beverages, all prepared by world-class chefs from the exclusive Villas at The Tryall Club. Adding to the evening's festivities is a live and silent auction, along with live entertainment that’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

Last year’s Taste of Tryall resulted in 20 students receiving scholarships to high schools, community colleges and universities at a value close to $2 million Jamaican dollars. The Tryall Fund mission is to deliver solutions and aid to initiatives that support the long-term goal of improving the health and literacy of the people of Hanover Parish, Jamaica.

The Tryall Fund is administered solely by the Fund’s Board of Directors and is supported generously by The Tryall Club and its members.
