“For us, it is about creating excellence in our qualified Practitioners and Master Practitioners, not about getting as many bums on seats as possible. The main issue now is with the home learning courses that can bought so cheaply which require no assessments and then turning people lose to use it as therapy with others in practice which is dangerous and unethical” said Emma James.
In response to the economic climate where people wishing to learn NLP, Emma has produced a new “no frills” course which can be reachable for those on a budget but also give the level of training and no compromise on the quality either.
“I had made a decision that if I could come up with a way to stop people who wanted to become certified taking home learning courses due to cost then I would. I am about to launch a “no frills” course which is held at a budget venue, you have to pay for your own tea and coffee and the teaching materials are downloadable which for me cuts costs massively, being able to pass it onto the students. This way we can still keep the quality of the training when they come to the live assessments and training, limit the number of people on each course and also be sure we have done the best we can to uphold the ethics of the governing body and also be able to sleep at night!”.
The new breed of courses will be launched next week and the battle to save the reputation on NLP Training goes on.
