Fantasy Author R.J. Tolson Releases New Fantasy Book, Zephyr The West Wind

Oct. 31, 2011 - PRLog -- With the first book in the "Chaos Chronicles" series, Zephyr the West Wind, author R.J. Tolson makes a bold first incursion into fantasy books. The setting is Tyring, a large land comprising many  beautiful islands,  majestic cities, and colorful regions. Corrupted by power hungry leaders and villans, the land is in turmoil as the two largest cities rage war against each other; One city fighting for it's freedom (as well as the rest of the land's), while the other raging war so that it may rule and enslave the people of Tyring and kill all of those deemed weak. The world is comprised of long lost gods, demi-gods, paranormal humans (who attain their powers from special crystals), and non super powered humans.

The teenage boy Zephyr, orphaned under mysterious circumstances, is quickly forced to leave his home island for the first time and venture into an unknown and cruel world. He is accompanied by the prodigy Leon, a skillful and odd two sword styled swordsman with a dark and grim past.
