Fabulous Foods Produces CBS Vip Tasting

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 30, 2011 - The tasting featured a selection of smoked salmon tarts with dill crème fraiche and capers, Cuban chicken cigars with black bean dipping sauce, beef sliders on mini brioche with cheddar and burnt onion jam, pear and walnut stilton bouchee, mascarpone with honey, walnuts and mint on english cucumber, panko eggplant crisps with fresh mozzarella and roasted tomato and basil and shrimp and crab profiterole with avocado, mango and micro greens.

Tuna tartare with mango, wasabi greens, ginger aioli and wonton chips, panko pan fried goat cheese over micro greens, dried cranberries and candied walnuts, assorted ricotta pistachio and cranberry mascarpone lollipops, pan fried seasoned cocktail meatballs, chicken pot pie petite tarts, crab cakes with lemon basil aioli, and baked macaroni and cheese with chorizo were also sampled.
