All Thanksgiving pickup orders must be received by Sunday, November 20. The pickup time is noon to 3 p.m. on Thursday, November 24.
Additional items include Apple Sage Stuffing by the pint ($6) or quart ($12) and Homemade Sausage and Giblet stuffing by the pint ($12) or quart ($24). Savory side dishes complete the main course. Choose from Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes (pint $7, quart $14), Sweet Potato and Butternut Squash Puree with Marshmallow Topping ($8 pint, $16 quart), Sautéed Green Beans ($8 pint, $16 quart), Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Chestnuts ($12 pint, $16 quart) or Local Cranberry Sauce ($8 pint, $16 quart).
If you want to begin your Thanksgiving feast on a delicious note, consider picking up some of the mouthwatering appetizers. Choose between a quart of Butternut Squash Soup ($20), Organic Mixed Green Salad with Shaved Parmesan, Pumpkin Seeds and Pomegranate (serves 6 to 8; $45), Jumbo Cocktail Shrimp with homemade horseradish sauce ($42) or a Cut Vegetable Assortment with Amish blue cheese dip ($35).
The appetizers are perfectly complemented by special seasonal cocktail mixes from Prairie Grass Cafe and Prairie Fire. Choose from two mixes: Caramel apple martini mix ($12) and Bee’s Knees martini mix with honey ($24). All you have to do is add North Shore Distillery Vodka for the perfect apple martini and your favorite gin for the Bee’s Knees martini. Shake, serve and enjoy!
