Blast Consignment Announces its Moon over Bourbon Street Concert Featuring the Return of Jazz Quest

Oct. 28, 2011 - PRLog -- Blast Consignment, a Laguna Beach consignment store featuring designer and vintage clothing for women and men, is pleased to announce its “Moon over Bourbon Street” concert performed by the group “Jazz Quest”. The collaboration of guitarists Tommy Benson and Brett Ecklund renders sophisticated improvisations of a wide range of musical styles, from classic songs of the golden age of jazz, to Cajun, to the music of today.

The event begins at 5:00 pm on November 3rd and is expected to run well past midnight. The concert will start around 7:00pm.

The “Moon over Bourbon Street” event at Blast Consignment will also include the contemporary, figurative, and abstract paintings of local artist Tommy Weling.

“I’ve known Tommy Weling’s art for a long time and I’m really excited to finally be able to get his artwork in Blast Consignment”, said Krohnfeldt. “His bold expressions are really incredible and we’re really excited for his show.”
